White Bird Houses, Plain and simple

After looking at high end luxury models, white bird houses might seem a bit dull and plain. But you have to keep in mind that birds are not that picky when it comes to a bird house style. They just need a place to nest, and even the cheapest most simple bird house will do just fine. Besides, some experts advise against using strongly colored bird houses, as it can scare them away – not exactly what you have in mind if you’re shopping for a bird house and that's where you'll be able to use a white bird house.

When everything else fails, white bird houses is the color that goes well with nearly all existing house styles and colors. Besides, if you change your mind later on, painting it in another color or even having a custom paint job with a special theme is easy and cheap. Just make sure you do that off-season, and allow plenty of time for the paint to dry up – birds don’t like strong smells, and they fly away from fresh paint as quickly as we do.

Besides all the help you’re providing for your birds, a "white bird house" will also make wonders for your garden look. There’s nothing like watching it on top of pole in the middle of your garden. It will still look amazing if you hang it on a wall (depending on the type of bird house you prefer to have.) Just remember to treat those birds right so they’ll return next year.
